All items will be professionally packed with the utmost care!
Local Pick-Up at our Brooklyn studio welcome.
We ship small and medium sized items via FedEx ground and or USPS. Larger items though various courier companies. Insurance is extra. All shipments come with tracking.
If you have a deadline please advise us of this when you check out. Expedited shipping is available, contact us for a quote. Items take 1-2 weeks to package and send out, we will notify you when they are dispatched with tracking.
Large items being shipped out of the NYC area require a shipping quote, please contact us for that. Shipping is set for local NYC area delivery. If you purchase an item and have not paid for full shipping we will contact you for additional shipping funds immediately. If you do not respond within 48H we will cancel the order and charge a 15% restocking fee.
We ship internationally via USPS. Customs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once the package has left the US there is no guaranteed tracking. Lost / delayed items are not the responsibility of Other Times Vintage

In the case that something has been misrepresented in size, condition or color please contact us. We take care to document everything. Different screens display different colors, try viewing on a Mac screen for best match. If you are concerned about the color or condition of something message us and we will do our best to send additional photos / descriptions.
Any damage incurred in transport with FedEx will go through their claims department. This process can take up to 1 month. They will come to you and 'inspect' the package and pick it up from you and send it back to us. IF the claim is settled and we have the item in our possession we will issue you the refund. Partial damage claims are also available through FedEx in which case you keep the item and they issue a refund for the repairs. Keep ALL packaging if an item is damaged, submit photos to us immediately within 48H of reception or we will be unable to file the claim. Claims are not always settled but we will do our best to work with you and the shipper for a fair resolution.
For larger items travelling courier/freight insurance is optional. If you do not choose to insure your item we cannot issue a refund.
